يُعد استخدامك لتطبيق وموقع مرمرة (المُشار إليه فيما بعد بـ "التطبيق" أو "الموقع الألكتروني") موافقة منك على هذه الشروط والأحكام بحيث تمثل النقاط أدناه اتفاقًا بينك وبين الشركة على تطبيق هذه الشروط. لأغراض شروط وأحكام الاستخدام فإن "Marmara-iq.com" تعني "شركة عطر الماسة لتجارة العطور ومواد التجميل محدودة المسؤولية" وهي شركة عراقية مسجلة مقرها بغداد العراق. أنت تقر أيضًا بأن عمرك يزيد عن 18 عامًا، ويحق للشركة تقييد وإنهاء الحساب في حال رأت أن المستخدم دون 18 سنة. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط بالكامل، يجب عدم استخدام التطبيق أو الموقع الإلكتروني.
By using the Marmara app or website (referred to as "the App" or "the Website"), you agree to these terms and conditions, which constitute an agreement between you and the company regarding the application of these terms. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, "Marmara-iq.com" refers to "Al-Damaas Perfume and Cosmetics Trading LLC," an Iraqi registered company based in Baghdad, Iraq. You also confirm that you are over 18 years old, and the company reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts if it determines that a user is under 18. If you do not fully agree with these terms, you should refrain from using the app or website.

يجب على المستخدم تسجيل الدخول لإتمام عملية الشراء واستخدام بعض مميزات التطبيق الإضافية. بالإضافة إلى هذا نحن نجمع بيانات معينة لإنشاء الحساب الذي من خلاله ستتمكن من إتمام عمليات الشراء، بالإضافة إلى تقديم خدمة أفضل لعملائنا، ونضمن حماية وخصوصية هذه البيانات. يشمل هذا على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، اسمك الكامل ورقم الهاتف والعمر الخاص بك بالإضافة إلى معلومات اختيارية مثل الجنس. يضمن المستخدم بأن جميع المعلومات التي يقوم بإضافتها في حسابه في التطبيق أو الموقع صحيحة تمامًا. كما ويقر المستخدم بأنه لا يقوم بإنشاء أكثر من حساب خاص به. يتحمل المستخدم كامل المسؤولية عن أي معلومات خاطئة يقوم بإدخالها، ويحق للشركة اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة في حال اشتباهها بأن المستخدم يستخدم معلومات خاطئة، أو اشتباهها بأن المستخدم يقوم بعمليات انتحال الشخصية وغيرها.
Users must log in to complete purchases and access additional app features. نقبل حاليًا الدفع نقدًا فقط. ولكن تتيح خدماتنا استخدام النقاط للدفع مقابل منتجاتنا. في حالة إضافة بوابة دفع إلكتروني في المستقبل، ستتم معالجة العمليات المالية وفقًا لشروط معينة سيتم إبلاغ العملاء بها.
We currently accept cash payments only. However, our services allow the use of points to pay for our products. If an electronic payment gateway is added in the future, financial transactions will be processed according to specific terms that will be communicated to customers.
4. الشحن والاسترجاع والإلغاء
4. Shipping, Returns, and Cancellation
من أجل توصيل منتجاتنا إلى عملائنا، نتعاون مع شركة شحن لتوصيل المنتجات إلى جميع المحافظات داخل العراق. ولا تتحمل الشركة أي خطأ أو إهمال عن الغير. لا توفر الشركة سياسة خاصة بالاسترجاع ولكن يحق للعميل إلغاء الطلب بعد الاتصال برقم خدمة العملاء والابلاغ، في حال وجود مشكلة في طلبه ويحق للشركة قبول طلب الإلغاء من عدمه في حال الاشتباه بغير ذلك. قد يتأخر توصيل بعض المنتجات التي لا تتواجد في مخزوننا بالإضافة إلى الوقت الطبيعي الذي يتم تسليم المنتجات فيه إلى يوم إضافي. في حالة عدم توفر المنتج من قبل المورد، سنقوم بإبلاغ العميل وتقديم بديل مناسب أو إلغاء العنصر غير المتوفر من القائمة، أما إذا أراد الزبون إلغاء طلبه بالكامل فالشركة لها الحق في إلغاء أو رفض إلغاء الطلب بالكامل. تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في إلغاء الطلب في حال: • الاشتباه بحالة نصب أو حالة احتيال. • عدم توافر المنتجات المطلوبة. • خطأ في طلبك. • خطأ في عرض المنتج.
To deliver our products to customers, we collaborate with a shipping company to deliver products to all provinces within Iraq. The company does not assume responsibility for errors or negligence by third parties. The company does not provide a specific return policy, but customers may cancel their order after contacting customer service and reporting an issue. The company reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests if it suspects otherwise. Delivery of some products that are not in stock may be delayed, adding an extra day to the normal delivery time. If a product is unavailable from the supplier, we will inform the customer and offer a suitable alternative or remove the unavailable item from the list. If the customer wishes to cancel their entire order, the company reserves the right to cancel or reject the cancellation request. The company retains the right to cancel an order in the following cases: • Suspected fraud or scam. • Unavailability of requested products. • An error in your order. • An error in product display.
